Billing & Account Information
In order to receive electric service from Richland Electric Cooperative, you must become a member. Click on the links for more information on becoming a member and establishing an account. Once your account is established, you will receive a monthly bill from the co-op. Our bills are normally sent out about the middle of each month. Once you receive your bill, we offer several easy options for payment.

Business hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Mon. - Fri. Our staff will be happy to process your payment at our front counter.
Pay over the phone by credit card
Business hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Mon. - Fri. Our customer service staff will be happy to process your payment over the phone. For your convenience, Richland Electric accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Use the Internet to Pay your Bill
Richland Electric is proud to offer E-bill. E-bill allows you to pay your bill online. All you need to do is click on the E-bill link. The first time you log into the site you will need to register with E-bill and create your username and password. Each month after that, all you need to do is sign into E-bill to pay your most recent bill online.
Mail Your Payment
You may mail your payment in with your personal check or money order. Please do not send cash in the mail. All payments are to be mailed to Richland Electric Cooperative, PO Box 439, Richland Center, WI 53581.
Stop by our office. We have two drop boxes for your convenience. You can simply drive through and deposit your payment in the box located on the north side of the building or you can deposit your envelope in the drop box located inside the entryway to the office.
